General

What is Speed Signal AI?

Speed Signal AI is a stock market scoring platform that scans the Russell 3000 universe daily at 4:15 PM ET after market close. Each ticker is scored across three proprietary pillars — Base, Accumulation, and Ignition — for a maximum of 100 points. Results are presented in an interactive dashboard with sortable columns, charts, and real-time filtering so you can quickly identify high-probability breakout candidates.

Is this investment advice?

No. Speed Signal AI is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor and nothing on our platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. For full details, see our Terms of Service.

How are scores calculated?

Every ticker is evaluated on a three-pillar scoring system:

A penalty system (up to −25 points) reduces scores for adverse conditions such as extended distance from key moving averages, extreme overbought readings, or low-quality candle formations. See the Methodology page for a deeper breakdown.

What data sources do you use?

Price, volume, and exchange data come from live market feeds. Fundamental data is sourced from FactSet via TradingView. The scoring algorithm itself is proprietary and runs on our own infrastructure.

How often is data updated?

Scores are refreshed daily after market close, typically by 4:15 PM ET. All values reflect end-of-day data for the most recent trading session.

Subscription & Billing

What plans are available?

We offer three subscription tiers:

Annual billing is available at a discount on all plans.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to the dashboard. You can cancel anytime before day 7 to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription on day 8.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel through your account settings at any time, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. Our cancellation process is as easy as signing up, in full compliance with the FTC's Click-to-Cancel rule.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Who processes payments?

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. They handle all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf. You'll see "Paddle" on your bank or credit card statement for charges related to Speed Signal AI.

Dashboard & Features

What tickers are covered?

We currently scan approximately 1,900 tickers from the Russell 3000 index, covering US equities across all major exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX).

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes. The dashboard is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. No app installation is required — just open it in your browser.

What chart providers are available?

The dashboard supports three charting options: ECharts (the default, fast and lightweight), TradingView widget (full-featured interactive charts), and Lightweight Charts (minimal footprint). You can switch between them in the dashboard settings.

Can I share my account?

No. Accounts are single-user and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with others is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

Privacy & Security

What data do you collect?

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service: your email address (via Clerk authentication), chat messages if you contact support (via Tawk.to), and your IP address for security purposes. For the full breakdown, see our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

How is my data protected?

All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Clerk with secure session management. Database credentials are stored as environment variables, never in source code. Administrative endpoints are protected by authentication tokens. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
