30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — If you are not satisfied with Speed Signal AI within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through any of these channels:
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
What's Covered
- New subscriptions: Full refund within the first 30 days of your paid subscription (after the free trial converts)
- Free trial: If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged at all
- Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of the annual payment
What's Not Covered
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial paid charge
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Duplicate or fraudulent refund requests
After the 30-day period, refunds for monthly subscriptions are at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund transactions. When a refund is approved, Paddle processes the return to your original payment method.
For billing inquiries, you can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period (except within the 30-day guarantee window)
