You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person — creating duplicate accounts (including for additional free trials) is prohibited and may result in termination.

By purchasing a subscription, you also enter into an agreement with Paddle.com. Payments are processed by Paddle, and your relationship with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal period.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Signal AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions made using information from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speed Signal AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
